The United Nations Human Rights Council (UN HRC) within the framework of its spring session once again convened the National Dress Day at the Palais des Nations in Geneva on 2 March 2012.

The event, aimed at promotion of multicultural dialogue within the Council, recognition of uniqueness of every national culture and strengthening universal tolerance and mutual respect, was attended by delegations participating in the 19th session of the UN HRC including the Ukrainian delegation headed by the Permanent Representative of Ukraine in Geneva Ambassador Mykola Maimeskul.
