On 21-25 October 2019, the 39th session of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing the draft Report of Committee’s 38th session, issues related to the protection of rights of broadcasting organizations, limitations and exceptions for libraries and archives, as well as copyrights related to the digital environment.

The representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture, as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the Standing Committee's session.
