On May 26-27, 2016 the 2^nd session of the Steering Committee on Trade Capacity and Standards of the  Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) is taking place in Geneva.

During the session's High-level segment on the theme "Removing regulatory and Procedural Barriers to Trade in the ECE region" the recommendations on supporting the removal of such barriers in certain countries, in particular in Albania and Moldova, are being discussed.

Delegations of member countries will sum up the results of the Committee's work in 2015 and will approve its work programme for 2016-2017.

The representatives of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the annual session of the Committee.
