On March 16-20, 2015 the 33^rd session of the Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing issues related  to the law and practice in the area of industrial designs and geographical indications as well as country members' proposals to draft articles of the Treaty on Industrial Design Law. Moreover, a Chair of the Committee and his two Vice-Chairs are to be elected and the Report of the 32^nd Committee session has to be adopted.

The experts of the State enterprise "Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property" as well as representatives of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the 33^rd session of the Standing Committee.
