On September 29 - October 3, 2014 the 65-th session of the Executive Committee of the High Commissioner's for refugees programme takes place in Geneva.

            The delegations of more than 120 countries, international and regional organizations, including Council of Europe, IOM, WHO, UNDP, UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Organization of Islamic Cooperation, African Union, ICRC, World Bank, as well as NGOs participate in the forum.

            In the framework of this year's session the situation on refugees and internally displaced persons in Africa, report of the Standing Committee on international protection, budget planning, financial control and administrative oversight, revising of the Biennial Program Budget for 2014-2015 years will be considered along with a wide range of other acute issues in refugee protection.

            The delegation of Ukraine represented by the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participates in the session as an observer.
