The preparatory meeting of the Committee on housing and land management of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe on the UNECE Ministerial meeting on housing and land management, to be held on the 8th October 2013, started its work  on the 21th May, 2013 in the Geneva

Participants of the preparatory meeting will, inter alia, discuss the "Draft Strategy and Targets on Sustainable Housing and Land Management in the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe region for the period 2014 - 2020", which, as expected, would be adopted at the Ministerial meeting in October of this year.

The experts from the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine as well as from the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN Office in Geneva participate in the preparatory meeting.
