The twelfth session of Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy takes place at the Palais des Nations in Geneva from 9 to 11 July 2012. The Agenda includes consultations and discussions regarding peer reviews on competition law and policy and the review of the Model Law, and studies related to the provisions of the Set of Principles and Rules. Within the framework of the session of Intergovernmental Group, UNCTAD’s voluntary peer reviews of competition law and policy of Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Zambia and Mongolia are discussed.

The delegation of Ukraine is headed by Vassyl Tsushko, Head of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

The head of Ukrainian delegation will make a speech on the phase of implementation and perspectives of further work on realization of UNTAD’s peer review of competition law and policy of Ukraine.
