On June 11-14, 2019, the 12th session of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Working Group of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing the matters related to PCT online services and electronic communication between applicants and PCT offices, international applications linked to United Nations Security Council sanctions, fee reductions to certain countries and applicants, activities of an International Searching and Preliminary Examining authorities. 

The representatives of the State enterprise "Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property" and of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the 12th session of the Working Group.
