On 1-5 April 2019, the 38th session of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing the draft Report of Committee’s 37th session as well as issues related to the protection of rights of broadcasting organizations, limitations and exceptions for libraries and archives as well as copyrights associated with the digital environment.

The representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the Standing Committee's session.
