On December 12-15, 2016 the 25th session of the Standing Committee on the Law of Patents of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing the Report on the international patent system: certain aspects of national/regional patent laws and exceptions and limitations to patent rights as well.

The representatives of the State enterprise "Ukrainian Intellectual Property Institute" as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the session.
