On May 30 – June 3, 2016 the 30th session of the Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing theWIPO Consolidated document relating to Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources in order to solve outstanding issues in this field. The Report of the Committee's 29th session will be considered and adopted as well.

The representatives of the State enterprise "Ukrainian Intellectual Property Institute" as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the Intergovernmental Committee's session.
