On May 17-20, 2016 the 29^th session of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT)  Committee for Technical Cooperation of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing the Advice to the Assembly of the PCT Union on the proposed appointment of the Visegrad Patent Institute as an International Searching and Preliminary Examining Authority.

The representatives of the State enterprise "Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property" as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the Committee's session.
