On February 24-26, 2016 the 48^th session of the Committee of experts on the International Patent Classification of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing issues concerning reforming and further developing the International Patent Classification including the need to create a new class covering semiconductor technology.

The representatives of the State enterprise "Ukrainian Intellectual Property Institute" as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the Committee's session.
