On February 15-19, 2016 the 29^th session of the Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing Joint Recommendations on Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge as well as on the Use of Databases for the Protection of Genetic Resources and Traditional Knowledge.

The representatives of the State enterprise "Ukrainian Intellectual Property Institute" as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the Intergovernmental Committee's session.
