On March 11-14, 2014  the 162^th session of the World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations of the Inland Transport Committee of the  Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) is taking place in Geneva.

            Participants of the session are discussing renewed versions of the Agreement concerning the adoption of uniform technical prescriptions for wheeled vehicles, equipment and parts which can be fitted and/or be used on wheeled vehicles and the conditions for reciprocal recognition of approvals granted on the basis of these prescriptions, done at Geneva in 1958, as well as the Agreement concerning the adoption of uniform conditions for periodical technical inspections of wheeled vehicles and the reciprocal recognition of such inspections, done at Vienna in 1997.

The representatives from the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine as well as from the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN Office in Geneva participate in the 162^th session of the World Forum.
