On February 4 Mr. Yurii Klymenko, the Permanent Representative of Ukraine met with Mr. Sven Alkalaj, the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.

         At the meeting current issues of cooperation between Ukraine and the UNECE were discussed, in particular regarding the Sixth Session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context to be held under the chairmanship of Ukraine in June 2014.
