The XXI meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Basel convention, the VI meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention, the VI meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention and the second simultaneous extraordinary meetings of the three conferences of the Parties to the three conventions are being held back-to-back from 23 April to 10 May 2013 in the International Conference Centre of Geneva.

            The main goal of holding the meetings in a coordinated manner is to strengthen the implementation of the three conventions at the national, regional and global levels, promote coherent policy guidance and enhance efficiency in the provision of support to parties.

            Representation of the Ukrainian Party in the event is being provided by a group of experts from  governmental bodies, scientists and Permanent Mission’s diplomats.
