The second Housing Forum: Europe and Central Asia, "Promoting Sustainable
Futures for All", organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe started
its work on 22 April, 2013, in the Geneva. Delegations of UNECE country Members and
representatives of other international organizations as well as those of science and
businesses are taking place in the Forum.

The participants of the Forum will exchange of information and experience, and will
discussed best practices in sustainable housing on four main themes: regulatory frameworks,
housing solutions, housing vulnerabilities and human development.

The First Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of
Ukraine Mr. O.Alipov and experts from the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN Office
in Geneva participate in the Forum.
