Russia attacked Ukraine again in the night of February 9. 

In the Kharkiv region, a drone hit a residential house and killed a woman and her 10-year-old son. Three people were injured. 

In Odesa, a man was killed in Russian drone attack, and at least two others were wounded. The strikes caused fires and damaged apartment buildings  and civilian infrastructure. 

In the Dnipro region, nine people were injured, including a 13-year-old girl in the aftermath of Russian attack.

 Critical damage to Kyiv’s Darnytsia Thermal Power Plant from one of Russia’s attacks is so severe that restoring service will be impossible for months. 

Over 1,000 multi-story residential buildings will remain without heating until the end of the winter. The entire country is receiving electricity on a rotational schedule, during certain hours of the day.
