On 3 – 14 June 2019, the 18th World Meteorological Congress of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) takes place in Geneva.

Participants of the Congress are discussing the matters related to the Organization’s performance and financial review, planning and budgeting, including drafts of strategic (to 2030) and operational plans of the WMO, budget 2020–2023, constituent body reform, and building effective partnerships.

The representatives of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the Congress.
