On 5-8 February 2019, the 151st session of the Working Party on Customs Questions affecting Transport of the Inland Transport Committee of the Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) is taking place in Geneva.
      Participants of the session are discussing the current status of various international legal instruments in the areas of transport and international trade, including the Customs Convention on the International Transport of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets (TIR Convention, 1975), the International Convention on the Harmonization of Frontier Controls of Goods of 1982 and the International Convention to Facilitate the Crossing of Frontiers for Passengers and Baggage carried by Rail of 1952, as well as proposals concerning amendments to them.
      The representatives of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the Association of International Road Transport Carriers (AsMAP) of Ukraine as well as the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva are attending the 151st session of the Working Party.
