On December 10-14, 2018 the 38th session of the Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

          Participants of the session are discussing issues related to intellectual property, traditional knowledge and traditional cultural expressions including the report of the Ad Hoc Expert Group on this matter. The Report of the previous Committee session will be considered and adopted as well.

          The representatives of the State enterprise "Ukrainian Intellectual Property Institute" as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the Intergovernmental Committee's session.
