On February 14-16, 2018 the 52nd session of the Working Party on the Standardization of Technical and Safety Requirements in Inland Navigation of the Inland Transport Committee of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing the revised version of the European Code for Inland Waterways as well as issues concerning the development of inland waterways infrastructure within the European Agreement on Main Inland Waterways of International Importance.

The experts of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the Shipping Register of Ukraine as well as representatives of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the 52nd session of the Working Party.
