On December 11-15, 2017 the 27^th session of the Standing Committee on the Law of Patents of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing the Report on the international patent system: certain aspects of national/regional patent laws, exceptions and limitations to patent rights.

The representatives of State enterprise "Ukrainian Intellectual Property Institute" as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the session.
