On June 12-16, 2017, the World Summit on the Information Society Forum (WSIS) is taking place in Geneva, which under the auspices of the International Telecommunication Union annually takes place in Geneva with participation of governments, international organizations, civil society and leading ICT-companies.

Participants of the Forum are discussing the role of ICTs as a means of implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.

The representatives of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the Forum.
