On February 27 - March 3, 2017 the 33^rd session of the Intergovernmental Committee on Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and Folklore of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing issues related to intellectual property and genetic resources including the protection of traditional cultural expressions. The Report of the Committee's 32^nd session will be considered and adopted as well.

The representatives of the State enterprise "Ukrainian Intellectual Property Institute" as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the work of the Intergovernmental Committee's session.
