On November 3 - 7, 2014 the 21^st session of the Standing Committee on the Law of Patents of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is taking place in Geneva.

      Participants of the session are discussing the Report on the international patent system, in particular on certain aspects of national and regional patent laws. A Seminar on exceptions and limitations to patent rights will also be conducted within the Session's meeting.

      The experts of the State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine, the State enterprise "Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property" as well as representatives of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the 21^st session of the Standing Committee.
