During general debate on item 4 "Human rights situations that require the Council's attention" the Permanent Representative of Ukraine, Ambassador Yurii Klymenko informed the delegations of the UN Member States about the details of the Plan of peaceful settlement of situation in the Eastern regions of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine Mr. Petro Poroshenko, promulgated on June 20, 2014.
