The Intergovernmental Board on Climate Services holds its First Session on 1-5 July in Geneva. The Board was established by the World Meteorological Congress at its Extraordinary Session in 2012 to provide governance on the implementation of The Global Framework for Climate Services.

 On the side of Ukraine experts of the Ukrainian Hydro-Meteorological Centre and the Permanent Mission of Ukraine are taking part in the event.
