The Standing Committee on the Law of Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Geographical Indications of the WIPO holds its 29^th session in Geneva on 27-31 May 2013. General items of the agenda relate to issues of the industrial design law and practice, relationship between the Hague System for the international registration of industrial design and the draft design law treaty, study on the protection of county names, etc.

          Work of the Ukrainian side is being provided by experts of the State Intellectual Property Service of Ukraine, State Enterprise “Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property” and Permanent Mission in Geneva.
