VIII International Economic Forum "INNOVATIONS. INVESTMENTS. KHARKIV INITIATIVES!" to be held in the City of Kharkiv on September 23, 2016.

Forum is focused on the development of international economic integration, demonstration of existing opportunities and prospects of leading industrial clusters, development of an effective system of public-private partnerships, improving competitiveness of regions, consideration of the Strategy of the reform of local self-government and territorial organization of government in Ukraine.

The Forum, which will take place in Kharkiv for the eighth time, has become one of the largest investment projects in Ukraine. In 2015 there have been met more than 500 participants from 16 countries. We are certain that the Forum – 2016 will become even huger.

Organizers of the Forum are  Kharkiv Regional State Administration and Kharkiv Regional Council.

Terms of Participation

To take part in the forum you must complete the application form set out below. Depending on the stated forms of participation, the Organizing Committee will send you relevant news reports and documents.

The cost of participation in the VIII International Economic Forum "Innovations. Investments. Kharkiv Initiatives!" is:

  • 5000 hrn – for Ukrainian participants, if paid before 01.09.2016
  • 7500 hrn – for Ukrainian participants, if paid after 01.09.2016
  • $200 – for foreign participants, if paid before 01.09.2016
  • $300 – for foreign participants, if paid after 01.09.2016

The registration fee covers:

  • Accreditation of the Client as a Forum participant – including him to the database of all participants
  • Manufacturing a personalized badge of a Forum participant for the Client
  • Receiving a portfolio of all Forum materials
  • Placing some promotion materials in the briefcase of a participant (not more than one A4 sheet)
  • The Client’s participation in Forum’s plenary sessions
  • The Client’s participation in Forum’s panel discussions
  • Information service
  • Placing information on the official website of the Forum about the Client in accordance with the data submitted in the member application form
  • Organization of the Forum’s content
  • Organization of simultaneous translations during the Forum’s plenary sessions and panel discussions
  • Ensuring the Client’s participation in coffee breaks and lunch according to the Forum program
